1. Duration and Termination: This agreement shall commence on the effective date and continue until terminated by either party with 30 days written notice. The Audible reserves the right to terminate services immediately in the event of a breach of these Terms.
2. Payment Terms: Payment for Services is due as outlined in the agreed-upon pricing package. Late payments may incur interest charges.
3. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information disclosed during the term of this agreement.
4. Limitation of Liability: The Audible’s liability for any damages arising from the Services shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the Services.
5. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio.
