What we believe. Out loud.
Five operating principles that shape how we hire, who we work with, and what we will or won't ship. We say them on the first call so there are no surprises later.
Operating values
Five rules. Non-negotiable.
Clarity beats charisma. Control beats hope.
A sales motion you can run on a Tuesday morning beats a strategy deck every time. We say the simple thing, document the actual play, and run it. Hope is not a system.
Operators, not advisors.
We don't ship recommendations. We pick up the phone, sit on the demo, and stay involved through close. If we are not on the field, we should not be on the engagement.
We choose clients as much as they choose us.
The wrong engagement costs both sides money and momentum. We say "not a fit" on the first call when we mean it, and we expect the same back. The fastest no in sales.
Earn the deck. Don't open with it.
Decks come after we have done the work. Discovery comes from a real conversation, not a pitch. Proof comes from outcomes, not screenshots. We earn the right to talk about ourselves.
The work, not the volume.
Fewer accounts. Better conversations. Clear accountability. We measure ourselves on closed revenue, not activity metrics. If a campaign generates "lots of touches" but no pipeline, the campaign failed.
Beyond the work
Where else we show up.
We spend most of our time inside our clients' sales motions. The rest of the time, we try to be useful in the communities we live in.
Local youth sports
Equipment, mentorship, and field time for local youth leagues. The next generation of operators starts somewhere.
STEM in underserved communities
Backing STEM education programs that put tools and curriculum in the hands of kids who would not otherwise get them.
Sustainability partnerships
Working with environmental organizations to support sustainable practices in our supply chain and operations.
Community health initiatives
Supporting local health initiatives with resources and awareness for the issues impacting our neighborhoods.
Diversity & inclusion programs
Backing programs that expand opportunity in both our workplace and our community. We hire underdogs on purpose.
Veteran-led, veteran-supporting
The Audible is veteran-led. We participate in DOD SkillBridge and prioritize hiring transitioning service members and military spouses.
