We are not a tech company. Will you understand our buyer?

Sales motions are sales motions. Discovery, qualification, demo, close. The discipline is the same whether you sell software, services, or steel. We onboard onto your business in the first two weeks and lean on you for the buyer-specific nuance. If we are wrong-fit for your industry we will tell you on the fit call.

How is this different from hiring a salesperson?

A hire is one person doing one job, and they take six to nine months to ramp. Sales OS is a senior team running an end-to-end motion from day one. We also bring the system around the role, which is what most hires never get and is the reason most sales hires fail.

How long until we see real pipeline?

Outbound goes live in week 2. Qualified meetings typically start landing in weeks 4 to 6. Real closed revenue depends on your sales cycle, and we will be honest about what your cycle actually looks like before we sign anything.

What is the commitment?

Engagements are quarterly. No multi-year lock-ins. If we are not moving your pipeline you should fire us, and we will help you do it cleanly.
